Christopher D. Ginelli, Esq. is the Senior Associate at the New Jersey office of The Law Offices of Geoffrey T. Mott, P.C. With a legal career spanning since 2017, Christopher has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to his clients' well-being and the pursuit of justice.

 Christopher began his journey with our firm in 2014 as a paralegal and, following his admission to the bar, was promoted to Associate Attorney in 2017. Christopher was further promoted to Senior Associate in 2022.

 Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from William Paterson University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

 Christopher’s legal experience includes significant work in eviction and tenancy-related matters, consumer fraud litigation, criminal defense, expungements, domestic violence restraining orders, ejectments, as well as estate planning and real estate transactions.

Notably, Christopher achieved a favorable resolution in a lengthy dispute over a client’s home, allowing the client to retire in the comfort of their property.
